With the help of a sign language interpreter, they can make phone calls or ask for KONTAKT's assistance for personal conversations. Sign language interpreting is provided for clients who use sign language. For our hard of hearing clients, we provide services in writing according to their needs, or they can access the information they require through lip-reading.
